It is always interesting to see alternative sizes to the usual wine bottle - here's a list of the names of the bottle sizes and their standard bottle equivalents. How many are you familiar with?
Split: 187ml - 1/4 of a 750ml
Half bottle: 375ml - 1/2 of a 750ml
Bottle: 750ml
Magnum: 1.5 litres - 2 750ml bottles
Double magnum/Jeroboam: 3 litres - 4 750ml bottles
Rheoboam: 5 litres - 6 1/3 750ml bottles
Methuselah: 6 litres - 8 750ml bottles
Salamanzar: 9 litres - 12 750ml bottles; a standard case
Balthazar: 12 litres - 16 750ml bottles
Nebuchadnezzar: 15 litres - 20 750ml bottles

Here's a fun list of approximate quantities regarding the dynamics of grape growing and winemaking!
1 grape cluster = 1 glass
75 grapes = 1 cluster
4 clusters = 1 bottle
40 clusters = 1vine
1 vine = 10 bottles
1200 clusters = 1 barrel
1 barrel = 60 gallons
60 gallons = 25 cases
30 vines = 1 barrel
400 vines = 1 acre
1 acre = 5 tons
5 tons = 332 cases
